Program Description

Structured HYROX training combining running, functional strength, and race-specific conditioning. As an official HYROX Training Club, we help athletes prepare for their first race, improve performance, or simply enjoy an effective hybrid-style workout.

A HYROX race is eight kilometers of running broken up by eight workout stations, which means the hardest skill in the sport is running well when your legs are already gone. Our sessions train that directly. You will run off the sled, row after lunges and learn what your actual sustainable pace is rather than the one that feels fine for the first kilometer. Station work covers the full set: sled push and pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls and the ski erg, practiced under the kind of fatigue you will meet on race day.

Programming runs on a cycle so that training sharpens as a race approaches instead of staying flat all year. If you have a date on the calendar, a coach will work backward from it with you and talk through pacing, splits and transitions. If you do not have one, none of that is wasted. Plenty of members train HYROX simply because it is the most complete hour of fitness on the schedule, and they have no intention of ever pinning on a bib.

Compromised running

Running trained the way the race demands it, on tired legs and straight off a station, not as a separate cardio day.

Engine and output

Functional strength work that raises your ceiling, so race pace stops being the hardest thing you do all week.
